目的：分析小水囊引产在足月妊娠患者中的临床价值。方法随机抽选2013年1月—2014年12月该院接收足月妊娠患者100例，按入院顺序分成两组(医治组、对照组)，医治组患者借助小水囊治疗，对照组患者借助缩宫素治疗，比对两组患者临床效果。结果医治组患者临床成功引产率和对照组相比，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；且医治组患者临床相应指标和对照组相比，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床治疗足月妊娠患者期间使用小水囊药物，可加快宫颈成熟进度，缩短临产时间，意义重大，值得使用。

목적：분석소수낭인산재족월임신환자중적림상개치。방법수궤추선2013년1월—2014년12월해원접수족월임신환자100례，안입원순서분성량조(의치조、대조조)，의치조환자차조소수낭치료，대조조환자차조축궁소치료，비대량조환자림상효과。결과의치조환자림상성공인산솔화대조조상비，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)；차의치조환자림상상응지표화대조조상비，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론림상치료족월임신환자기간사용소수낭약물，가가쾌궁경성숙진도，축단임산시간，의의중대，치득사용。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of induced labor with small water bag in full-term pregnancy. Methods 100 patients with full-term pregnancy admitted to the hospital between January 2013 and December 2014 were randomized, at the time of admission, for induction with either small water bag (the treatment group, n=50) or oxytocin (the control group, n=50). The clini-cal effects were compared between the two methods. Results There were statistically significant differences in success rate of labor induction, as well as in clinical indicators, between the treatment group and the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion In full-term pregnancy, induced labor with small water or it assisted with oxytocin when necessary can promote cervical ripening and shorten induction time, therefore they are worthy of application.
