目的：探讨泪道置管术治疗泪道阻塞性疾病的疗效。方法随机选取该院2013年9月—2015年1月共收治的泪道阻塞性疾病患者50例，将硅胶管植入泪道治疗泪道阻塞性疾病患者共50例(61只眼))，观察治疗效果。结果术后随诊3~12个月，症状消除，泪道冲洗通畅者48只眼(占78.69%)，溢泪减轻、泪道冲洗有冲洗液入鼻但欠通畅者9只眼(占14.75%)，仍有溢泪或溢脓、泪道冲洗不通者4只眼(占6.56%)。结论泪道置管术可阻止泪道粘膜重新粘连、阻塞，是治疗泪道阻塞性疾病的有效方法。

목적：탐토루도치관술치료루도조새성질병적료효。방법수궤선취해원2013년9월—2015년1월공수치적루도조새성질병환자50례，장규효관식입루도치료루도조새성질병환자공50례(61지안))，관찰치료효과。결과술후수진3~12개월，증상소제，루도충세통창자48지안(점78.69%)，일루감경、루도충세유충세액입비단흠통창자9지안(점14.75%)，잉유일루혹일농、루도충세불통자4지안(점6.56%)。결론루도치관술가조지루도점막중신점련、조새，시치료루도조새성질병적유효방법。
Objective To explore the curative effect of lacrimal intubation in the treatment of lacrimal duct obstruction diseases (LDOD). Methods 50 (61 eyes) patients with LDOD admitted to the department of ophthalmology of our hospital during September 2013 and January 2015 were treated with silicone intubation, and the treatment effect was observed. Results The patients were followed up for 3~12 months, and symptoms were eliminated in 48 eyes (78.69%) and their lacrimal duct became patent; epipho-ria decreased in 9 eyes and their lacrimal duct were with lower patency (14.75%); pyorrhea or epiphoria still existed in 4 eyes (6.56%)and their lacrimal duct were not patent. Conclusion Lacrimal intubation is an effective method for the treatment of LDOD because it can prevent the re-adhesion and obstruction of lacrimal duct mucosa.
