目的：探讨锁定钢板与PFNA治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果。方法随机选择该院自2012年6月—2014年12月收治的60例股骨粗隆间骨折患者为研究对象,根据患者接受治疗方法的不同分为锁定钢板组与PFNA组,每组各30例。对比分析两组治疗效果。结果锁定钢板组治疗优良率为90.00%,PFNA组治疗优良率为96.67%,锁定钢板组的髋关节恢复优良率明显小于PFNA组；而其手术时间及术中出血量均大于PFNA组；两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。另外,以上两组的骨折愈合时间无明显差异。结论锁定钢板与PFNA在治疗股骨粗隆间骨折方面均有较好的效果,但是PFNA治疗方法的创伤小、出血少且操作简单,十分适合治疗老年患者。

Objective To explore the effect of locking plate and proximal femoral nail anti-rotation (PFNA) in the treatment of in-tertrochanteric fracture. Methods 60 patients with intertrochanteric fracture admitted to our hospital between June 2012 and De-cember 2014 were selected as the research object and divided into locking plate group (n=30) and PFNA group (n=30) according to treatment methods. The effects were compared between them. Results The excellent-good rate of hip joint function recovery was 90.00%in the locking plate group and 96.67%in the PFNA group, and the former was lower than the latter, but in the aspects of operation duration and intraoperative blood loss, the former was more than the latter, and the differences were statistically signifi-cant, P<0.05. Further more, no significant difference was found in fracture healing time between the two groups. Conclusion Al-though both locking plate and PFNA appear to have good clinical effects in treating intertrochanteric fracture, PFNA can provide small trauma, less bleeding and simple operation, therefore it is more suitable for elderly patients.
