目的：分析研究乙型肝炎患者血清免疫球蛋白水平的变化及其临床意义。方法随机选取该院从2013年8月—2014年6月收治的住院60例乙型肝炎患者，根据患者的病情划分为一般组、重症组，并选取同期健康献血的40名正常人为对照组，根据免疫比浊法测定受检者的血清免疫球蛋白水平。结果一般组、重症组患者的免疫球蛋白水平与对照组相比，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，且一般组、重症组的免疫球蛋白水平比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组患者用药治疗后有效控制病情，重型组、一般组患者的免疫球蛋白水平与治疗前相比有明显下降，但与正常组相比，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乙型肝炎患者的血清免疫球蛋白水平可直接反应患者的肝功能，为之后乙肝诊断、治疗以及预后提供可参考的依据。
목적：분석연구을형간염환자혈청면역구단백수평적변화급기림상의의。방법수궤선취해원종2013년8월—2014년6월수치적주원60례을형간염환자，근거환자적병정화분위일반조、중증조，병선취동기건강헌혈적40명정상인위대조조，근거면역비탁법측정수검자적혈청면역구단백수평。결과일반조、중증조환자적면역구단백수평여대조조상비，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)，차일반조、중증조적면역구단백수평비교，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)；량조환자용약치료후유효공제병정，중형조、일반조환자적면역구단백수평여치료전상비유명현하강，단여정상조상비，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론을형간염환자적혈청면역구단백수평가직접반응환자적간공능，위지후을간진단、치료이급예후제공가삼고적의거。
Objective To Analyze the changes of serum immunoglobulin levels for hepatitis B patients and its clinical significance. Methods 60 cases of patients with hepatitis B, accepted in our hospital from August 2013 to June 2014, were selected, and were divided into general group and severe group, according to their condition, and 40 normal healthy blood donors in the same period, were selected as control group. Subjects’ serum immunoglobulin levels were determined by immunonephelometry. Results The general group and severe group compared with the control group, the difference of the immunoglobulin levels was significant, and P<0.05 was statistically significant. Two groups of patients’ disease were effectively controlled with medication treatment, and the immunoglobulin levels of severe group and general group were significantly decreased, compared with that of before treatment, but compared with that of the normal group, there was still significant difference, P<0.05 was statistically significant. Conclusion Serum immunoglobulin level of patients with hepatitis B, can directly reflect the liver function of patients, and can provide a refer-ence basis for later diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of hepatitis B.
