膏状物料软包装，在自动化生产过程涉及物料输送，因为输送带高差原因，物料输送从一部高位皮带落入低位皮带时易破损。本文将设计一台任何高度落差下的下料缓冲器，保证产品落下时不破损，从而保证产品质量。本文设计了通用型下料缓冲器的支架，舌板以及缓冲板簧的外形结构；并对受力状态、冲击状态进行分析，目的是实现下料缓冲器的实用目标。

In the automation production process of paste material flexible packaging, it involves materials handling, because of the height difference reason of conveyor belt, the package is easy to be damaged when the material handling from a high belt falling into the lower belt. This article will design a blanking buffer to avoid the damage under any height gap, so as to ensure product quality. This paper designs the scaffold and clapper of universal blanking buffer and the configuration of buffer plate spring, and analyzes the state of stress and shock, in order to achieve practical goals for blanking buffer.
