采用整体硬质合金涂层立铣刀对钛合金(Ti-6Al-4V)进行高速干铣削加工试验,利用立体显微镜、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和能谱分析(EDS)等手段研究了刀具的磨损形态和磨损机理。结果表明:刀具磨损形态主要有前刀面月牙洼磨损、后刀面层状剥落、涂层剥落、微裂纹、崩刃等方式,刀具磨损失效机理主要是磨粒磨损、粘结磨损、扩散和氧化磨损等多种方式的共同作用。
採用整體硬質閤金塗層立鐉刀對鈦閤金(Ti-6Al-4V)進行高速榦鐉削加工試驗,利用立體顯微鏡、掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)和能譜分析(EDS)等手段研究瞭刀具的磨損形態和磨損機理。結果錶明:刀具磨損形態主要有前刀麵月牙窪磨損、後刀麵層狀剝落、塗層剝落、微裂紋、崩刃等方式,刀具磨損失效機理主要是磨粒磨損、粘結磨損、擴散和氧化磨損等多種方式的共同作用。
채용정체경질합금도층립선도대태합금(Ti-6Al-4V)진행고속간선삭가공시험,이용입체현미경、소묘전자현미경(SEM)화능보분석(EDS)등수단연구료도구적마손형태화마손궤리。결과표명:도구마손형태주요유전도면월아와마손、후도면층상박락、도층박락、미렬문、붕인등방식,도구마손실효궤리주요시마립마손、점결마손、확산화양화마손등다충방식적공동작용。
By using coated carbide end milling cutter, the high speed dry milling experiment for Ti-6Al-4V for titanium alloy was carried out, and studying tool wear morphology, abrasion mechanism and macro morphology, micro morphology of the chips by using stereo microscope, scanning electron microscope (SEM) and energy spectrum analysis (EDS) etc. The results of the study show that: the tool wear patterns are mainly crater wear of the rake face, layered peeling of the rear blade surface, spalling of the coating, micro cracks, chipping, etc, the mechanism of tool wear failure is mainly on many kinds of ways for abrasive wear, adhesive wear, diffusion wear and oxidation wear and so on.
