目的：探讨医护一体化疼痛管理模式的实施效果。方法：比较实施医护一体化的疼痛管理模式前后1年疼痛护理质量、住院患者满意度以及医护人员对医护一体化疼痛管理模式的赞同度。结果：疼痛首班评估率、动态评估率和疼痛干预率均＞90%；住院患者综合满意度和对护士病情观察、健康教育、服务态度的满意度均＞96%。实施前后比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。结论：医护一体化疼痛管理模式能够提高疼痛管理质量，改善患者体验，提高护理人员职业成就感。

목적：탐토의호일체화동통관리모식적실시효과。방법：비교실시의호일체화적동통관리모식전후1년동통호리질량、주원환자만의도이급의호인원대의호일체화동통관리모식적찬동도。결과：동통수반평고솔、동태평고솔화동통간예솔균＞90%；주원환자종합만의도화대호사병정관찰、건강교육、복무태도적만의도균＞96%。실시전후비교차이균유통계학의의(P＜0.01)。결론：의호일체화동통관리모식능구제고동통관리질량，개선환자체험，제고호리인원직업성취감。
Objective:To investigate the practice and effect of the medical and nursing integrative pain management mode. Methods:We compared the pain nursing quality,inpatient satisfaction and the approval degree of the medical staff for the medical and nursing integrated pain management mode between before and after 1 year of the implementation of the medical and nursing integrative pain management mode.Results:The first rate of pain assessment,the dynamic assessment rate and pain intervention rate reached more than 90%;the satisfaction degree of the inpatients and the satisfaction degree of the nurses observed the disease, health education and service attitude were more than 96%.The differences between before and after the implementation were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The medical and nursing integrated pain management mode can improve the quality of the pain management,improve the patient experience,and improve the professional achievement of nursing staff.
