目的：探讨应用镇痛电子治疗仪无痛分娩过程中实施综合护理的效果。方法：将用镇痛电子治疗仪实施无痛分娩的产妇100例，随机平均分为对照组与观察组。对照组给予常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上给予综合护理。结果：观察组产妇第一、二、三产程及总产程时间明显短于对照组(P＜0.05)，观察组阴道出血量、产妇疼痛分级及产后并发症均明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：综合护理能够有效提升产妇顺产率，对母婴健康都极为有利。

목적：탐토응용진통전자치료의무통분면과정중실시종합호리적효과。방법：장용진통전자치료의실시무통분면적산부100례，수궤평균분위대조조여관찰조。대조조급여상규호리，관찰조재상규호리기출상급여종합호리。결과：관찰조산부제일、이、삼산정급총산정시간명현단우대조조(P＜0.05)，관찰조음도출혈량、산부동통분급급산후병발증균명현우우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：종합호리능구유효제승산부순산솔，대모영건강도겁위유리。
Objective:To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing on the painless delivery using the analgesic electronic therapeutic apparatus.Methods:100 maternal with painless delivery using analgesia electronic treatment instrument were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group were given routine nursing,while the observed group were given comprehensive nursing care on the base of routine nursing.Results:1,2,3 produce process and the total labor time of maternal in the observation groups were shorter than in the control group(P<0.05).The vaginal bleeding,maternal pain grading and postpartum complications of the observation group were significantly less than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing can enhance the maternal birth rate effectively.It is helpful for maternal and child health.
