目的：探讨加强过程管理，有效预防与控制医院感染的方法。方法：在医院各个重点部门设置感染管理沟通指导记录本，委派专职人员有计划、有目的地每天做好临床沟通指导工作。结果：本院手卫生依从性有了大幅度提高，医院感染率显著下降(P＜0.05)。结论：在实际医院感染的预防与控制工作中加强过程管理，可有效转变医务工作者观念，规范医院感染管理工作，消除医疗安全隐患，减少医院感染危险因素，控制医院感染发生。
目的：探討加彊過程管理，有效預防與控製醫院感染的方法。方法：在醫院各箇重點部門設置感染管理溝通指導記錄本，委派專職人員有計劃、有目的地每天做好臨床溝通指導工作。結果：本院手衛生依從性有瞭大幅度提高，醫院感染率顯著下降(P＜0.05)。結論：在實際醫院感染的預防與控製工作中加彊過程管理，可有效轉變醫務工作者觀唸，規範醫院感染管理工作，消除醫療安全隱患，減少醫院感染危險因素，控製醫院感染髮生。
목적：탐토가강과정관리，유효예방여공제의원감염적방법。방법：재의원각개중점부문설치감염관리구통지도기록본，위파전직인원유계화、유목적지매천주호림상구통지도공작。결과：본원수위생의종성유료대폭도제고，의원감염솔현저하강(P＜0.05)。결론：재실제의원감염적예방여공제공작중가강과정관리，가유효전변의무공작자관념，규범의원감염관리공작，소제의료안전은환，감소의원감염위험인소，공제의원감염발생。
Objective:To investigate the methods of strengthening the process management,in order to prevent and control the hospital infection effectively.Methods:Construction of communication instruction for infection management in each key department of the hospital,appointing full-time personnel to do daily clinical communication instruction work premeditated and targeted.Results:The compliance of hand hygiene in our hospital had a substantial increase,and the infection rate of the hospital decreased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Strengthen process management in the practice of hospital infection prevention and control work can change the concept of medical workers effectively,standard the infection management in the hospital,therefore, the medical safety hazard can be eliminated,and the risk factors of nosocomial infection reduced,so the infection of the hospital can be controlled.
