目的：探讨人性化的养老模式，促进养老业健康发展。方法：通过查阅文献资料和采用访谈法，对18例60～70岁城乡老人分别进行访谈，了解不同老人对养老方式的需求。结果：共收集到5种理想的养老模式建议。结论：人性化的养老模式注重人文关怀，满足不同地域、不同性格的老人身心需求，是社会的进步与文明发达的体现。

Objective:To investigate the humanized pension mode,in order to promote the healthy development of the pension industry.Methods:Through literature review and interview,we interviewed 18 cases of urban and rural elderly between 60~70 years old,in order to understand the needs of the elderly for the elderly pension.Results:We collected 5 kinds of ideal pension mode suggestions.Conclusion:The humane care mode pays attention to "humanistic care",which satisfies the physical and mental needs of the elderly in different regions and personalities,and it is the embodiment of the social progress and the civilization.
