目的：探究预防接种百白破疫苗不良反应的护理干预。方法：收治预防接种百白破疫苗儿童98例，随机分为观察组和对照组，各49例，对照组采取常规的护理，观察组在常规护理基础上采取护理干预，比较两组护理后产生的不良反应。结果：观察组护理后的不良反应率2.04%低于对照组的18.36%(P＜0.05)。结论：对儿童预防接种百白破疫苗采取护理干预可以降低不良反应的发生率。

목적：탐구예방접충백백파역묘불량반응적호리간예。방법：수치예방접충백백파역묘인동98례，수궤분위관찰조화대조조，각49례，대조조채취상규적호리，관찰조재상규호리기출상채취호리간예，비교량조호리후산생적불량반응。결과：관찰조호리후적불량반응솔2.04%저우대조조적18.36%(P＜0.05)。결론：대인동예방접충백백파역묘채취호리간예가이강저불량반응적발생솔。
Objective:To research the nursing intervention of vaccination DPT vaccine adverse reactions.Methods:98 children with DPT vaccine were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 49 cases in each.The control group received routine nursing care,and the observation group based on routine nursing care received nursing intervention.Adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after nursing.Results:Adverse reactions in the observation group after nursing was 2.04% lower than that of the control group of 18.36%(P<0.05).Conclusion:The children of DPT vaccine inoculation with nursing intervention can reduce the adverse reaction.
