目的：探讨贾氏顺行式阴式全子宫切除术的手术配合。方法：回顾性分析962例施行贾氏顺行式阴式全子宫切除术患者的临床资料，分析术前的心理护理及术中的护理配合。结果：全部手术均顺利完成，无中转开腹，术中平均出血128 mL，平均手术时间42 min。结论：贾氏顺行式阴式全子宫切除术，配合良好的术前心理护理及术中的熟练操作，安全可行。

목적：탐토가씨순행식음식전자궁절제술적수술배합。방법：회고성분석962례시행가씨순행식음식전자궁절제술환자적림상자료，분석술전적심리호리급술중적호리배합。결과：전부수술균순리완성，무중전개복，술중평균출혈128 mL，평균수술시간42 min。결론：가씨순행식음식전자궁절제술，배합량호적술전심리호리급술중적숙련조작，안전가행。
Objective:To investigate the surgical coordination of jiashi direct type of vaginal hysterectomy for hysterectomy. Methods:The clinical data of 962 patients with jiashi direct type of vaginal hysterectomy for hysterectomy retrospectively was analyzed,including the psychological nursing and nursing cooperation.Results:All the operations were completed successfully, without laparotomy;the average bleeding during the operation was 128 mL;the average operation time was 42 min.Conclusion:Jiashi direct type of vaginal hysterectomy for hysterectomy,cooperated with good preoperative psychological care and skilled operation is safe and feasible..
