目的：总结老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的社区康复护理效果。方法：收治老年COPD患者60例，随机分成观察组和对照组，各30例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上对患者进行评估，每周访视患者2次，积极对有不良心理情绪的患者进行心理疏导、加强饮食指导等。结果：护理后，观察组焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表评分明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)，两组护理前后MMEF和FEV1比较差异有统计学意义，且观察组明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：加强对老年COPD患者的社区康复护理可以明显改善患者的不良心理状况和肺功能，疗效显著。
목적：총결노년만성조새성폐질병(COPD)환자적사구강복호리효과。방법：수치노년COPD환자60례，수궤분성관찰조화대조조，각30례，대조조급여상규호리，관찰조재대조조기출상대환자진행평고，매주방시환자2차，적겁대유불양심리정서적환자진행심리소도、가강음식지도등。결과：호리후，관찰조초필자평량표화억욱자평량표평분명현우우대조조(P＜0.05)，량조호리전후MMEF화FEV1비교차이유통계학의의，차관찰조명현우우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：가강대노년COPD환자적사구강복호리가이명현개선환자적불양심리상황화폐공능，료효현저。
Objective:To sum up the effect of community rehabilitation nursing on elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:60 elderly patients with COPD were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases in each.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing care,while in the observation group patients were evaluated on the basis of routine nursing care.Followed up two times a week,and when we found patients with bad mental emotion,implemented the psychological counseling and strengthen dietary guidance actively.Results:After nursing,both the anxiety self rating depression scale and self rating questionnaire score in the observation group were significantly better than in the control group(P<0.05).The differences in MMEF and FEV1 before and after treatment were statistically significant between the two groups,furthermore,the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Strengthen the rehabilitation nursing for elderly patients with COPD can improve the patients' adverse psychological status and pulmonary function obviously,and this nursing intervention has obviously effect.
