目的：探讨人性化护理在老年脑梗死患者中的应用效果。方法：收治老年脑梗死患者69例，随机分为对照组和护理组，其中34例观察组采用人性化护理，对照组35例采用常规护理，比较两组患者的护理效果。结果：观察组优良率94.12%；对照组优良率82.86%(P＜0.05)。结论：人性化的护理可以有效巩固老年脑梗死患者的治疗效果，提高生活质量。

목적：탐토인성화호리재노년뇌경사환자중적응용효과。방법：수치노년뇌경사환자69례，수궤분위대조조화호리조，기중34례관찰조채용인성화호리，대조조35례채용상규호리，비교량조환자적호리효과。결과：관찰조우량솔94.12%；대조조우량솔82.86%(P＜0.05)。결론：인성화적호리가이유효공고노년뇌경사환자적치료효과，제고생활질량。
Objective:To investigate the effect of humanized nursing on elderly patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:69 elderly patients with cerebral infarction were selected.They were randomly divided into the nursing group and the control group,34 cases in the observation group were treated with humane care,while 35 cases in the control group were treated with routine nursing,then we compared the nursing effect of patients between two groups.Results:The excellent and good rate of the observation group was 82.86% ,and the control group was 94.12% (P<0.05).Conclusion:Humanized nursing can consolidate the treatment effect of elderly patients with cerebral infarction effectively,and also improve their quality of life.
