目的：CT增强扫描是采用高压注射器经静脉快速注入造影剂，才能达到对疾病鉴别诊断的目的。但注射选用的血管要承受相当大的注射压力，因此造影剂出现不同程度的渗漏是CT增强扫描常见的并发症之一。探讨CT增强扫描时有效预防造影剂外渗的护理措施及发生外渗的正确处理方法，以减少给患者带来的痛苦，提高CT增强检查图像的质量。
目的：CT增彊掃描是採用高壓註射器經靜脈快速註入造影劑，纔能達到對疾病鑒彆診斷的目的。但註射選用的血管要承受相噹大的註射壓力，因此造影劑齣現不同程度的滲漏是CT增彊掃描常見的併髮癥之一。探討CT增彊掃描時有效預防造影劑外滲的護理措施及髮生外滲的正確處理方法，以減少給患者帶來的痛苦，提高CT增彊檢查圖像的質量。
목적：CT증강소묘시채용고압주사기경정맥쾌속주입조영제，재능체도대질병감별진단적목적。단주사선용적혈관요승수상당대적주사압력，인차조영제출현불동정도적삼루시CT증강소묘상견적병발증지일。탐토CT증강소묘시유효예방조영제외삼적호리조시급발생외삼적정학처리방법，이감소급환자대래적통고，제고CT증강검사도상적질량。
In the enhanced CT scan,contrast agent is quickly injected into the vein by high-pressure syringe,in order to achieve the purpose of differential diagnosis of diseases.But the vessels selected for injection need to withstand considerable injection pressure,therefore,varying degrees of leakage of contrast agent is common complication in CT contrast enhanced scan.We explore the effective nursing measures to prevent extravasation of contrast agent in CT contrast enhanced scan and correct treatment method after extravasation, in order to reduce the pain of patients, and improve the quality of image in enhancement CT examination.
