目的：探讨健康教育对社区新发高血压患者的效果。方法：收治社区新发高血压患者105例，随机分为观察组52例与对照组53例，对照组给予常规降压与健康宣教，观察组在对照组基础上给予健康教育干预措施。结果：观察组降压总有效率显著高于对照组(P＜0.01)。观察组心脑并发症、致残率、致死率均显著低于对照组(P＜0.01)。结论：健康教育在社区新发高血压患者管理中具有积极的治疗作用，可提高患者对疾病知识的知晓率，达到提高患者治疗效果、改善预后、提高患者生活质量的目的。

목적：탐토건강교육대사구신발고혈압환자적효과。방법：수치사구신발고혈압환자105례，수궤분위관찰조52례여대조조53례，대조조급여상규강압여건강선교，관찰조재대조조기출상급여건강교육간예조시。결과：관찰조강압총유효솔현저고우대조조(P＜0.01)。관찰조심뇌병발증、치잔솔、치사솔균현저저우대조조(P＜0.01)。결론：건강교육재사구신발고혈압환자관리중구유적겁적치료작용，가제고환자대질병지식적지효솔，체도제고환자치료효과、개선예후、제고환자생활질량적목적。
Objective:To investigate the effect of health education on new cases of hypertension in community.Methods:105 new cases of hypertension in the community were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group with 52 cases and the control group with 53 cases.Patients in the control group were received conventional antihypertensive and health education, while in the observation group were received health education intervention based on the control group given.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).The brain complications, disability rate and mortality rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion:Health education plays a positive role in the management of new patients with hypertension in community can improve awareness rate of patient on disease knowledge,in order to reach the purpose on improving the treatment effect of patients,and improve the prognosis and their quality of life.
