周恩来是新中国的“外交之父”、“外交之魂”。他丰富的人生阅历和渊博的学识素养铸造了高超的外交艺术。我们可以从五个方面理解：周恩来对中国和世界的全面、客观了解；精细观察和勤奋思考加上丰富的经历形成远见卓识；尊重对手、平等待人把握谈判主动；以理服人；既立场坚定，又赢得敬佩。

Zhou En-lai is the father and soul of China＇s diplomacy. The rich experiences in his life and knowledge shaped his brilliant skills in foreign affairs. Five aspects bellow are very helpful for understanding the skills, i.e. Zbou En-lai＇s commanding of both internal and external situation comprehensively and objectively; his vision based on minute observation, all around consideration and rich experiences; being proactive in negotiation while paying respect to his partner; convincing people by reasoning; obtaining respect while holding to the principles.
