目的:对紫杉醇脂质体的工艺研究和含量测定方法进行考察,并评价其质量。方法:用逆相蒸发法制备紫杉醇脂质体,并对其形态学、包封率和pH值等性质进行了研究。结果:紫杉醇脂质体平均粒径为379 nm,包封率为 98.08%, pH 7.16。结论:选择逆相蒸发法优化工艺制备紫杉醇脂质体可行,为开发紫杉醇新型静脉注射制剂提供了实验依据。

목적:대자삼순지질체적공예연구화함량측정방법진행고찰,병평개기질량。방법:용역상증발법제비자삼순지질체,병대기형태학、포봉솔화pH치등성질진행료연구。결과:자삼순지질체평균립경위379 nm,포봉솔위 98.08%, pH 7.16。결론:선택역상증발법우화공예제비자삼순지질체가행,위개발자삼순신형정맥주사제제제공료실험의거。
OBJECTIVE:To study the preparation of paclitaxel entrapped liposomes (LTAX) and evaluate its quality.METHODS:The liposomes were prepared by reverse-phase evaporation method (REV) .The morphology of LTAX, the entrapment efficiency and the pH were investigated.RESULTS:The liposomes were spherical with mean size of 379 nm and the extent of entrapment of the LTAX was 98.08%.The pH was 7.16.CONCLUSION:The technology of preparation of paclitaxel liposomes is practicable and successful.
