Let x, m, n ∈ N~+, m > n > 1,p ∈ P, we prove that the exponential hyperelliptic Equation x~2=p~(2m)-p~(m+n) +1 has no positive integer solutions (x,p, m, n). The above-mentioned results partly solve a problem posed by Ma in combinatorial theory.
