Is Philosophy ＂the Learning of World Outlook＂ ？ Yu Wu-jin There is the most popular definition of philosophy, i. e. , philosophy is on the learning of world outlook in contemporary Chinese theoretical kingdom. In fact, this definition of philosophy has not been reflected deeply. First of all, as a transcendent object, the whole world in the meaning of I. Kant and L. Wittgenstein isn＇t cognizable, but the environed world in the meaning of K. Marx and M. Heidegger, is cognizable. Secondly, it is wrong to look upon world as the environed world as the total of nature, society and human thinking. Finally, these two concepts ＂world outlook＂ and＂ philosophy of world outlook＂ should be refused from theory, According to M. Heidegger.
