目的:探讨曲美他嗪治疗冠心病伴心力衰竭的临床疗效.方法:收治慢性心力衰竭患者38例,随机分成观察组和对照组各19例.对照组给予地高辛、利尿剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂或血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂及β受体阻滞剂.观察组在对照组的基础上加用曲美他嗪和美托洛尔治疗.比较两组患者的疗效.结果:治疗前两组患者收缩压和舒张压比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者收缩压、舒张压均明显降低,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前两组患者血清总胆固醇(TC)、血清三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、TC/HDL-C 差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:曲美他嗪联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病伴心力衰竭具有显著疗效.

Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease with heart failure.Methods:38 patients with chronic cardiac failure were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 19 cases in each.The control group was given digoxin,diuretics,angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors or angiotensin Ⅱ receptor blockers and beta blockers.The observation group was given trimetazidine and metoprolol treatment on the basis of the control group.The curative effects of two groups were compared.Results:Before treatment,the systolic pressures and diastolic blood pressures of two groups were compared with no statistical significance(P>0.05).After treatment,the systolic pressures and diastolic blood pressures of two groups were significantly reduced,the difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the serum total cholesterol(TC),serum three acyl glycerin(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),TC/HDL-C of two groups were compared with no statistical significance(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Trimetazidine combined with metoprolol in the treatment of coronary heart disease with heart failure has a significant curative effect.
