目的:糖尿病目前已成为威胁人类的四大疾病之一,其发病率呈逐年上升趋势,估计我国现有糖尿病患者 3 000万,居世界第二位,而全球结核病人数也在上升,故两病并发呈显著上升趋势.糖尿病患者是结核病的高发人群,其结核病的发病率比普通人群结核病发病率高4~8倍.糖尿病引起肺结核发病增加可能因为高血糖为结核菌提供营养并导致免疫系统功能损伤.而活动性结核病作为感染因素又可加重糖尿病,甚至可能诱发酮症酸中毒等急性并发症.两病并发时,临床表现不典型,治疗效果差,对两病并发的患者,药物治疗要考虑药物动力学,监测血糖,谨慎用药.

Objective:Diabetes has become one of the four major diseases which threaten human.Its incidence is increasing year by year.According to estimates,there are thirty million of diabetic patients in China,and the number ranks second in the world, while the global number of tuberculosis has also risen,therefore,two diseases complicated with each other are increased significantly.Patients with diabetes are at high risk of tuberculosis,and the incidence rate of tuberculosis is higher than that in the general population with 4 to 8 times.Diabetes induced increase in incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis may be due to high blood sugar provides nutrition for TB and causes the function damage of immune system.The active tuberculosis will aggravate diabetes as the infection factors,even it may induce ketoacidosis and other acute complications.When the two diseases exist at the same time,the clinical manifestation is not typical,the treatment effect is poor.For the patients with the two diseases,drug treatment should consider the pharmacokinetics,and we should pay attention to monitoring of blood glucose with careful use.
