目的:探讨经导管射频消融治疗心房颤动的围手术期护理干预措施.方法:收治心房颤动患者36例,给予经导管射频消融治疗,回顾性分析其临床资料及护理资料.结果:36例患者手术均顺利完成,3例出现无症状的肺静脉狭窄,所有患者均康复出院.结论:导管射频消融是治疗心房颤动的新手段,安全有效、并发症少,而全面、细致的护理干预措施是取得满意疗效的保障.

목적:탐토경도관사빈소융치료심방전동적위수술기호리간예조시.방법:수치심방전동환자36례,급여경도관사빈소융치료,회고성분석기림상자료급호리자료.결과:36례환자수술균순리완성,3례출현무증상적폐정맥협착,소유환자균강복출원.결론:도관사빈소융시치료심방전동적신수단,안전유효、병발증소,이전면、세치적호리간예조시시취득만의료효적보장.
Objective:To explore the perioperative nursing intervention measures of radiofrequency catheter ablation in the treatment of atrial fibrillation.Methods:36 patients with atrial fibrillation were selected.They were given radiofrequency catheter ablation treatment.The clinical data and nursing data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:36 patients had successfully completed the surgery.3 cases had asymptomatic pulmonary venous stenosis.All patients were discharged.Conclusion:The radiofrequency catheter ablation is a new mean for the treatment of atrial fibrillation.It is safe and effective,less complications.And the comprehensive and meticulous nursing intervention measure is the guarantee to obtain the satisfied curative effect.
