目的:探讨手足口病的实验室检测以及相关辅助诊断方法.方法:收治手足口病患者32例,采用实时荧光PCR方法检测手足口病的病原菌,并与常规RT-PCR方法检测结果进行比较.结果:肠道病毒、肠道病毒71型、柯萨奇病毒A16型为手足口病常见的病原体,两种检测结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:实时荧光PCR检测方法与常规RT-PCR方法检测吻合度较高,肠病毒71型可作为早期诊断手足口病的指标之一.

Objective:To explore the laboratory detection and related assistant diagnosis method of hand foot mouth disease. Methods:32 patients with hand foot mouth disease were selected.Using real-time fluorescence PCR method detected the pathogeny of hand foot mouth disease.The results were compared with the detection results of conventional RT-PCR method. Results:The intestinal virus,enteric virus type 71,coxsackie virus A16 type are the common pathogens of hand foot mouth disease. There was no significant difference between the two detection results(P>0.05).Conclusion:The real-time fluorescence PCR detection method and conventional RT-PCR method have higher detection fitness.The intestinal virus could be used as an indicator for early diagnosis of hand foot mouth disease.
