目的:调查在校大中专护理学生从业养老机构的意向,分析影响学生从业养老机构的因素,促进学生就业及老年护理的可持续发展。方法于2015年3月向该学院在校大中专护理专业600名学生发放问卷。通过统计问卷数据,对学生从业养老机构意向的相关影响因素进行分析。结果在校大中专护理学生有意从事相关工作的比例为15.56%(91/585);薪酬低[90.09%(527/585)]、排斥养老护理工作[69.74%(408/585)]、认为护理老年人工作强度大[67.52%(395/585)]、社会地位低[34.02%(199/585)]是影响大中专护理学生从业养老机构积极性的主要因素。结论在社会急速老龄化的今天,积极引导学生认识老年护理学、从业养老机构以缓解护理毕业生就业难,促进养老护理队伍的壮大及老年护理的可持续发展。

Objective To survey the intentions of technical secondary school and junior college graduates for working in the endowment institutions and to analyze the factors affecting the students′intentions for working in the endowment institutions in order to promote the students employment and the sustainable development of geriatric nursing. Methods The questionnaires were issued to 600 technical secondary school and junior college graduates with the nursing specialty in March 2015. The related factors affecting students′intentions for working in the endowment institutions were analyzed. Results Among the students par-ticipated in the survey,the proportion of the students with intention for engaging the related work was 15.56%(91/585);low salary level [90.09%(527/585)],repelling old-age nursing[69.74%(395/585)],heavy working intensity[67.52%(199/585)] and low so-cial status [34.02%(89/585)] were the main factors affecting students′intentions for working in the endowment institutions. Con-clusion In today′s rapidly aging society,actively guiding the students to cognize and work in the endowment institutions can ease nursing graduates employment difficulty,promotes the old-age nursing team and sustainable development of geriatric nursing.
