目的：探讨护理干预对甲状腺功能亢进患者服药依从性的影响。方法：将100例甲状腺功能亢进患者随机分为实验组和对照组，每组患者50例。实验组患者则在给予个体化全程护理干预，对照组患者常规护理，。研究结果采用χ2检验和t检验对结果进行分析，当P<0.05有统计学意义。结果：实验组进行护理干预后，患者治疗的依从性及临床效果均明显高于对照组。结论：护理干预能提高甲状腺功能亢进患者的服药依从性。

목적：탐토호리간예대갑상선공능항진환자복약의종성적영향。방법：장100례갑상선공능항진환자수궤분위실험조화대조조，매조환자50례。실험조환자칙재급여개체화전정호리간예，대조조환자상규호리，。연구결과채용χ2검험화t검험대결과진행분석，당P<0.05유통계학의의。결과：실험조진행호리간예후，환자치료적의종성급림상효과균명현고우대조조。결론：호리간예능제고갑상선공능항진환자적복약의종성。
Objective:To investigate the inlfuence of nursing intervention on Drug Treatment Compliances in Patients with Hyperthyroidism . Methods:100 patients with Hyperthyroidism were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group each group with 50patients. The experimental group was given whole-process health education besides conventional nursing, and the control group was treated with conventional nursing. The results underwentχ2 and t test, and it had signiifcant difference whenP<0.05. Results:The treatment compliance of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:Active nursing intervention can improve the drug treatment compliances of Hyperthyroidism patients.
