目的:观察浓缩生长因子(CGF)复合Bio-Oss骨粉对前牙三壁骨缺损患者种植疗效及新骨形成的影响。方法将60例前牙三壁骨缺损患者随机分成实验组和对照组各30例,两组均行牙种植术。对照组加入Bio-Oss骨粉和Bio-Gide膜,实验组加入Bio-Oss骨粉、Bio-Gide膜和CGF。术后观察两组种植体愈合情况,术后1、3、6个月,通过CBCT测量种植体颈部唇侧新骨的厚度、密度值。结果术后6周,对照组出现1例因感染而失败的病例,其余59例患者的种植牙在随诊过程中均未发现异常,符合种植体成功的标准。术后1、3个月,实验组种植体颈部唇侧新骨的厚度和密度均明显高于对照组(P均<0.05);术后6个月,实验组骨密度明显高于对照组(P<0.05),两组新骨的厚度比较,P>0.05。结论 CGF复合Bio-Oss骨粉对前牙三壁骨缺损患者种植疗效较好,CGF在种植牙治疗中能促进新骨形成。

목적:관찰농축생장인자(CGF)복합Bio-Oss골분대전아삼벽골결손환자충식료효급신골형성적영향。방법장60례전아삼벽골결손환자수궤분성실험조화대조조각30례,량조균행아충식술。대조조가입Bio-Oss골분화Bio-Gide막,실험조가입Bio-Oss골분、Bio-Gide막화CGF。술후관찰량조충식체유합정황,술후1、3、6개월,통과CBCT측량충식체경부진측신골적후도、밀도치。결과술후6주,대조조출현1례인감염이실패적병례,기여59례환자적충식아재수진과정중균미발현이상,부합충식체성공적표준。술후1、3개월,실험조충식체경부진측신골적후도화밀도균명현고우대조조(P균<0.05);술후6개월,실험조골밀도명현고우대조조(P<0.05),량조신골적후도비교,P>0.05。결론 CGF복합Bio-Oss골분대전아삼벽골결손환자충식료효교호,CGF재충식아치료중능촉진신골형성。
Objective To observe the influence of concentrate growth factors ( CGF) composited with Bio-Oss bone meal on the dental implantation efficacy and new bone generation of patients with anterior 3-wall intrabony defect.Methods Sixty patients with anterior 3-wall intrabony defect were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, 30 cases in each group.Patients in both groups underwent dental implantation.Bio-Oss bone meal and Bio-Gide membrane were used in the control group, and Bio-Oss bone meal, Bio-Gide membrane and CGF were used in the experi-mental group.The healing status was observed after operation.One, three and six months after operation, CBCT was used to measure the thickness and density of new bone formed at labial implant neck.Results After 6 weeks of healing, only 1 patient in the control group failed because of infection, the rest of 59 cases were successful according to success criteria. After 1 and 3 months of healing, the thickness and density of new bone formed at labial implant neck of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (all P<0.05).After 6 months, the bone density of the experi-mental group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).There were no significant difference in the thickness of new bone between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusions CGF composited with Bio-Oss bone meal has good effect on dental implants of patients with anterior 3-wall intrabony defect.CGF can promote new bone generation during dental im-plantation.
