目的：探讨非龋性牙髓病患者的临床治疗以及疗效分析。方法：收治非龋性牙髓病患者64例，结合患者不同病情，采取适当的治疗方案，对患者的临床疗效、并发症及不良反应进行观察分析。结果：治疗后总有效率100%，不良反应小，未出现严重并发症。结论：非龋性牙髓病种类较多，根据患者患病的不同状况，采取相应的针对性治疗方法，可以提高治愈率，减少并发症及不良反应，根管填充术是治疗非龋性牙髓病的常用方法。

목적：탐토비우성아수병환자적림상치료이급료효분석。방법：수치비우성아수병환자64례，결합환자불동병정，채취괄당적치료방안，대환자적림상료효、병발증급불량반응진행관찰분석。결과：치료후총유효솔100%，불량반응소，미출현엄중병발증。결론：비우성아수병충류교다，근거환자환병적불동상황，채취상응적침대성치료방법，가이제고치유솔，감소병발증급불량반응，근관전충술시치료비우성아수병적상용방법。
Objective:To investigate the clinical treatment and efficacy patients of pulp disease without carious lesions.Methods:64 patients of pulp disease without carious lesions were selected.We took appropriate treatment plan according to the patients’ different conditions.The clinical efficacy,complications and adverse reactions of the patients were observed and analyzed.Results:The total effective rate was 100%,the adverse reactions were small,and there were no serious complications.Conclusion:There are many types of pulp disease without carious lesions.Taking the corresponding treatment method according to the patients with different conditions can improve the cure rate,reduce the complications and the emergence of adverse reactions,root canal filling is a common method for the treatment of pulp disease without carious lesions.
