目的：探讨关节镜下肩袖损伤修复术患者的康复护理措施。方法：收治行关节镜下肩袖损伤修复术治疗患者13例，术后患者接受阶段性康复护理，有序地进行康复功能锻炼。结果：实施康复护理后美国肩与肘协会评分系统(UCLA)和美国肩肘外科评分系统(ASES)评分均较实施前有所提高，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。康复护理实施后UCLA评分优良率92.3%，较实施前明显提高，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：康复护理对肩袖损伤修复手术患者术后肩关节功能的恢复具有重要作用，能有效避免肩关节僵硬及肌肉萎缩。
목적：탐토관절경하견수손상수복술환자적강복호리조시。방법：수치행관절경하견수손상수복술치료환자13례，술후환자접수계단성강복호리，유서지진행강복공능단련。결과：실시강복호리후미국견여주협회평분계통(UCLA)화미국견주외과평분계통(ASES)평분균교실시전유소제고，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。강복호리실시후UCLA평분우량솔92.3%，교실시전명현제고，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：강복호리대견수손상수복수술환자술후견관절공능적회복구유중요작용，능유효피면견관절강경급기육위축。
Objective:To discuss the rehabilitation nursing measures of patients with rotator cuff injury repair under arthroscopy. Methods:13 patients with rotator cuff injury repair under arthroscopy were selected.After the operation,the patients received staged rehabilitation nursing,and orderly rehabilitation exercise.Results:The UCLA and American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons(ASES) scores were improved after the implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of UCLA after the implementation of rehabilitation nursing was 92.3% which higher than before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The rehabilitation nursing has important function for the recovery of shoulder joint function after surgery for rotator cuff injury repair operation.It can effectively avoid shoulder stiffness and muscle atrophy.
