目的：总结小儿结核性脑膜炎的护理干预办法。方法：收治结核性脑膜炎患儿60例，分成甲乙两组各30例，分别给予常规护理与针对性护理，观察两组护理效果。结果：乙组的护理有效率和护理满意度明显高于甲组(P＜0.05)。结论：针对结核性脑膜炎患儿的情况，在常规护理干预基础上给予针对性护理，可明显改善患儿的情况，提高治疗效果。
目的：總結小兒結覈性腦膜炎的護理榦預辦法。方法：收治結覈性腦膜炎患兒60例，分成甲乙兩組各30例，分彆給予常規護理與針對性護理，觀察兩組護理效果。結果：乙組的護理有效率和護理滿意度明顯高于甲組(P＜0.05)。結論：針對結覈性腦膜炎患兒的情況，在常規護理榦預基礎上給予針對性護理，可明顯改善患兒的情況，提高治療效果。
목적：총결소인결핵성뇌막염적호리간예판법。방법：수치결핵성뇌막염환인60례，분성갑을량조각30례，분별급여상규호리여침대성호리，관찰량조호리효과。결과：을조적호리유효솔화호리만의도명현고우갑조(P＜0.05)。결론：침대결핵성뇌막염환인적정황，재상규호리간예기출상급여침대성호리，가명현개선환인적정황，제고치료효과。
Objective:To summarize the nursing intervention for tuberculous meningitis in children.Methods:60 children with tuberculous meningitis were selected.They were divided into A group and B group with 30 cases in each.Two groups were given routine nursing and targeted nursing respectively,then we observed the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:In B group,nursing efficiency and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than that of A group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In view of the situation of children with tuberculous meningitis,giving the targeted nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing can improve the child condition,and improve the treatment effect.
