邻苯二甲酸二乙基己基酯（DEHP）是邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物(PAEs)代表物，作为增塑剂和增加剂广泛应用于合成化工生产和生活中。近年来大量研究表明：DEHP具有遗传毒性、致癌、致哮喘等多种毒性作用；作为环境内分泌干扰物，目前最为引人关注的是其所致生殖损伤。DEHP的雄性生殖毒性主要表现为生殖结构、睾丸组织以及生殖细胞的异常。该综述主要就DEHP雄性生殖毒性及其机制进行综述。

Di (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP)is a representative of phthalatic-acid esters (PAZs), which is extensively used in the synthesis of chemical production and life as a plasticizer. In recent years, a large number of studies have shown that DEHP has a variety of toxic effects, such as genotoxicity, carcinogenicity, causing asthma etc. Among them, as an environmental endocrine disruptor, its reproductive toxicity is most concerned, the main manifestations of which were the abnormalities of reproductive structure, testis tissue and germ cells in male. Therefore this paper mainly reviewed the research progress on DEHP-induced male reproductive toxicity and its mechanism.
