目的:探讨对高血压合并糖尿病患者应用超声弹性成像技术诊断血管弹性变化的效果。方法观察组随机选取2013年3月-2014年10月该院收治的高血压合并糖尿病患者70例,另选取60例健康体检者作为对照组,对所有患者应用超声测量动脉内中膜厚度,再利用超声弹性成像技术对所有动脉测量弹性系数比值(B/A值)测量,对比两组患者动脉内中膜厚度及B/A值。结果与正常对照组相比,观察组患者颈动脉、胫前动脉、股动脉、足背动脉、腘动脉内中层厚度以及B/A比值明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组腘动脉、胫前动脉、足背动脉与桡动脉、股动脉之间B/A值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声弹性成像技术对高血压合并糖尿病患者血管弹性变化的诊断效果良好。

목적:탐토대고혈압합병당뇨병환자응용초성탄성성상기술진단혈관탄성변화적효과。방법관찰조수궤선취2013년3월-2014년10월해원수치적고혈압합병당뇨병환자70례,령선취60례건강체검자작위대조조,대소유환자응용초성측량동맥내중막후도,재이용초성탄성성상기술대소유동맥측량탄성계수비치(B/A치)측량,대비량조환자동맥내중막후도급B/A치。결과여정상대조조상비,관찰조환자경동맥、경전동맥、고동맥、족배동맥、객동맥내중층후도이급B/A비치명현증고,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);관찰조객동맥、경전동맥、족배동맥여뇨동맥、고동맥지간B/A치차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론초성탄성성상기술대고혈압합병당뇨병환자혈관탄성변화적진단효과량호。
Objective To investigate the changes of vascular elasticity in patients with hypertension complicated with diabetes mellitus by using the ultrasonic elasticity imaging technique. Methods 70 cases of patients consolidated with hypertension and dia-betes treated in our hospital between March 2013 and October 2014 were selected as the observation group, while another 60 healthy subjects were selected as the control group. We measured the thickness of the membrane with ultrasound and applied the ultrasound elastography to measure all the arterial elasticity ratio (B / A value).Then to compare the arterial thickness and B / A value in the two groups of patients. Results Compared with the control group, the membranes of carotid, anterior tibial artery, femoral artery, dorsal artery, popliteal artery of the patients and B/A value in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the patients in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the difference in the values of popliteal artery, anterior tibial artery, dorsal artery and radial artery, and femoral artery in the observation group were statistical significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The ultrasound elastography has a good effect on the diagnosis of change of blood vessels elasticity in pa-tients consolidated with hypertension and diabetes.
