目的：研究乳管内乳头状瘤患者在临床诊断中，采用MRI进行检查的应用价值。方法随机选取该院2010年1月-2014年12月乳管内乳头状瘤患者50例作为研究对象，分别对患者行MRI检查、超声检查，分析诊断结果的影像学特征，然后和病理诊断结果进行比较，观察不同检查方式的诊断符合率。结果 MRI诊断符合率（96.2%）和病理诊断结果差异不大，但明显高于超声诊断（81.8%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结果显示导管扩张且在内部或边缘有结节样病灶30例（58.8%），乳腺内实性结节18例（35.3%），乳腺导管扩张3例（5.9%），不同类型的病灶在MRI和超声诊断的影像学特征上各有差异。结论乳管内乳头状瘤患者应用MRI诊断的符合率较高，能够呈现出病灶的类型和特征，具有良好的应用价值。
목적：연구유관내유두상류환자재림상진단중，채용MRI진행검사적응용개치。방법수궤선취해원2010년1월-2014년12월유관내유두상류환자50례작위연구대상，분별대환자행MRI검사、초성검사，분석진단결과적영상학특정，연후화병리진단결과진행비교，관찰불동검사방식적진단부합솔。결과 MRI진단부합솔（96.2%）화병리진단결과차이불대，단명현고우초성진단（81.8%），차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결과현시도관확장차재내부혹변연유결절양병조30례（58.8%），유선내실성결절18례（35.3%），유선도관확장3례（5.9%），불동류형적병조재MRI화초성진단적영상학특정상각유차이。결론유관내유두상류환자응용MRI진단적부합솔교고，능구정현출병조적류형화특정，구유량호적응용개치。
Objective To study the application value of MRI in the clinical diagnosis of the patients with breast intraductal papil-loma. Methods From January 2010 to December 2014, 50 patients with breast intraductal papilloma as the research object, the patients underwent MRI examination, ultrasound examination, analyzed the Imaging features of diagnosis results, and the diagnostic results were compared with pathological diagnosis. Results The MRI coincidence rate (96.2%) and the results of pathological diag-nosis were not significantly different, but it was significantly higher than the ultrasonic diagnosis (81.8%), the difference was statis-tically significant (P< 0.05). The results showed that there were 30 cases (58.8%) of the lesions in the inner and margin of the catheter, 18 cases of solid nodules in the breast (35.3%), 3 cases of mammary duct expansion (5.9%), the different types of lesions in MRI and ultrasound diagnosis of imaging features were different. Conclusion The high compliance rate of MRI in the diagnosis of breast duct papilloma patients can show the type and characteristics of the lesions, which has good application value.
