目的：探讨综合护理干预治疗强迫症患者的临床效果，总结临床上对强迫症患者的护理方法，观察临床疗效，为日后的护理提供依据。方法对在2012年9月-2013年10月期间该院精神科住院的52例患者（对照组）和2013年8月-2014年12月期间该院外科住院49例患者（实验组）分别采用强迫症护理的一般方法和综合护理干预的方法，观察并分析综合心理的临床护理效果。结果对照组的总有效率为82.69%，其中痊愈例数占28.85%，实验组的总有效率为93.88%，其中痊愈例数占55.10%，实验组患者总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，此外，痊愈率更是显著高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论采用改良后综合护理干预的方法对于强迫症患者的的生理和心理具有较好的积极的影响作用，在强迫症患者的护理中起到了极好的作用，提高强迫症患者的护理质量。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention and summarize the clinical nursing methods for obsessive-compulsive disorder(OCD) and observe the clinical curative effect so as to provide a basis for the nursing in the future. Methods 52 patients hospitalized in Department of Psychiatry of our hospital from September 2012 to October 2013 were selected as the control group and treated by the general nursing for OCD patients. And 49 patients hospitalized in Department of Surgery were selected as the experimental group and treated by the comprehensive nursing intervention. The method of observa-tion and analysis of the clinical nursing of integrated psychological effect. Results In the control group, 28.85% of the patients were cured, the overall response rate was 82.69%, in the experimental group, 55.10% of the patients were cured, the overall re-sponse rate was 93.88%. Compared with the control group, the experimental group had higher overall response rate (P<0.05) and obviously higher cure rate(P<0.001). Conclusion Improved comprehensive nursing intervention has good and positive effect on the physiology and psychology of OCD patients, and it can increase the nursing quality.
