目的：探讨周围性面瘫的康复治疗及评价。方法随机收集2012年1月-2014年1月该院诊断为周围性面瘫的病人，共计100例，按随机数字表法分为两组，研究组50例和对照组50例，研究组接受康复治疗，对照组不接受康复治疗。对比研究组和对照组治疗2月后的疗效。结果研究组和对照组治疗后2月疗效分别为100%、90%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论该研究认为康复治疗能够明显提高周围性面瘫的治疗疗效，利于患者康复。

목적：탐토주위성면탄적강복치료급평개。방법수궤수집2012년1월-2014년1월해원진단위주위성면탄적병인，공계100례，안수궤수자표법분위량조，연구조50례화대조조50례，연구조접수강복치료，대조조불접수강복치료。대비연구조화대조조치료2월후적료효。결과연구조화대조조치료후2월료효분별위100%、90%，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론해연구인위강복치료능구명현제고주위성면탄적치료료효，리우환자강복。
Objective To investigate the rehabilitation treatment for peripheral facial paralysis and evaluate its efficacy. Methods A total of 100 cases diagnosed with peripheral facial paralysis in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were selected and divided into two groups, the study group and the control group with 50 cases in each in accordance with the random digital table method. The study group was given the rehabilitation treatment, while the control group was not. And the outcome of the two groups was compared 2 months after treatment. Results The efficacy was 100% in the study group and 90% in the control group after two months of treatment, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion This study showed that for patients with peripheral facial paralysis, rehabilitation treatment can significantly improve the treatment effect and is conducive to the rehabilita-tion.
