目的：探讨超声诊断眼球占位性病变的临床应用价值。方法随机选取该院2012年1月-2014年12月门诊及住院患者50例，均为单眼发病，行二维超声及彩色多普勒超声检查，与手术病理结果比较，探讨超声诊断的价值。结果睫状体黑色素细胞瘤、脉络膜黑色素瘤、视网膜母细胞瘤、睫状体黑色素瘤，以及脉络膜转移癌及脉络膜血管瘤均可于彩色超声图像上显示，但虹膜黑色素瘤、视网膜下出血未见明显彩色血流；超声检查与手术诊断结果具有一致性。结论眼球占位性病变的临床诊断，采用超声检查，准确性有保障，可作为临床辅助诊断工具，值得在临床诊断中推广应用。

목적：탐토초성진단안구점위성병변적림상응용개치。방법수궤선취해원2012년1월-2014년12월문진급주원환자50례，균위단안발병，행이유초성급채색다보륵초성검사，여수술병리결과비교，탐토초성진단적개치。결과첩상체흑색소세포류、맥락막흑색소류、시망막모세포류、첩상체흑색소류，이급맥락막전이암급맥락막혈관류균가우채색초성도상상현시，단홍막흑색소류、시망막하출혈미견명현채색혈류；초성검사여수술진단결과구유일치성。결론안구점위성병변적림상진단，채용초성검사，준학성유보장，가작위림상보조진단공구，치득재림상진단중추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of ultrasonic diagnosis in eyeball space-occupying lesions. Methods Se-lected 50 patients including outpatients and inpatients in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2014, with unilateral eye space-occupying lesions. Gave all of them both line of two-dimensional ultrasound inspection and color Doppler ultrasound in-spection. Then compared the results with pathological results to explore the value of ultrasound diagnosis. Results The ciliary body melanoma, choroidal melanoma, retinoblastoma, ciliary body melanoma, and choroidal metastases and choroidal hemangioma can be displayed on a color ultrasound image, but iris melanoma and retinal hemorrhage were not seen obvious color blood flow. Con-clusion Using ultrasound in clinical diagnosis of eye space-occupying lesions possesses accuracy and security, and this can be used as an assist tool in clinical diagnosis and worth popularization and application in clinical diagnosis.
