目的：探讨七氟醚-丙泊酚复合诱导在老年人麻醉中的临床效果。方法将随机选取的2013年1月-2014年12月该院收治的100例手术患者随机分为两组，每组50例。对照组运用七氟醚进行治疗，观察组运用七氟醚复合丙泊酚进行治疗，比较对照组和观察组患者术前术中的心率、血压、血氧饱和度、苏醒时间及不良反应发生率。结果T1时刻，两组的SBP、DBP、HR水平均较T0时刻显著降低（P<0.05），且观察组T1时刻的SBP、DBP、HR水平显著高于对照组，P<0.05；T2时刻，两组患者的SBP、DBP、HR水平均较T1时刻有所提高，观察组T2时刻的SBP、DBP、HR水平均显著低于对照组，P<0.05；两组患者T3、T4时刻的SBP、DBP、HR水平比较均差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。两组的苏醒时间、苏醒期躁动率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组的恶心、呕吐发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用七氟醚-丙泊酚复合诱导老年人麻醉，在手术过程中可以保持循环功能的稳定，而且手术后苏醒时间短，应在临床上大力推广应用。
목적：탐토칠불미-병박분복합유도재노년인마취중적림상효과。방법장수궤선취적2013년1월-2014년12월해원수치적100례수술환자수궤분위량조，매조50례。대조조운용칠불미진행치료，관찰조운용칠불미복합병박분진행치료，비교대조조화관찰조환자술전술중적심솔、혈압、혈양포화도、소성시간급불량반응발생솔。결과T1시각，량조적SBP、DBP、HR수평균교T0시각현저강저（P<0.05），차관찰조T1시각적SBP、DBP、HR수평현저고우대조조，P<0.05；T2시각，량조환자적SBP、DBP、HR수평균교T1시각유소제고，관찰조T2시각적SBP、DBP、HR수평균현저저우대조조，P<0.05；량조환자T3、T4시각적SBP、DBP、HR수평비교균차이무통계학의의（P>0.05）。량조적소성시간、소성기조동솔비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)；량조적악심、구토발생솔비교차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론채용칠불미-병박분복합유도노년인마취，재수술과정중가이보지순배공능적은정，이차수술후소성시간단，응재림상상대력추엄응용。
Objective To observe the effects of sevoflurane propofol compound induced in clinical anesthetic effect in the elderly. Methods Randomly 100 cases operation from 2013 January to 2014 December were divided into two groups, 50 cases in each group. The control group using sevoflurane, the observation group with sevoflurane and propofol, compared two groups of patients before surgery in the heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, the recovery time and the incidence of adverse reactions. Re-sults T1 time, two groups of SBP, DBP, HR level were significantly decreased (P<0.05) T0 moment, T1 moment and the observa-tion group SBP, DBP, HR levels were significantly higher than those in the control group, P<0.05; T2 moment, two groups of pa-tients with SBP, DBP, HR levels were lower than T1 constantly improve, observation group T2 moment, DBP SBP, HR levels were significantly lower than those in the control group, two groups of patients with T3, P<0.05;T4, DBP, HR moment SBP level had no significant difference (P>0.05). The two group of recovery time, restlessness rate had significant difference (P< 0.05); nausea, vom-iting two groups compared the incidence of no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion Propofol combined with sevoflurane-induced geriatric anesthesia, to maintain the stability of circulation, and postoperative recovery in a short time, it is worth in the clinical application.
