目的：探讨腹腔镜联合胆道镜保胆手术中治疗胆囊息肉合并胆囊结石中的效果。方法整群选取该院2012年1月-2013年12月接受治疗的胆囊息肉合并胆囊结石110例，按手术方案的不同分为实验组和对照组各55例，实验组采取腹腔镜联合胆道镜保胆手术，对照组采取传统的开腹手术。结果实验组首次下床活动时间（1.3±0.9）d，对照组为（3.9±1.2）d，实验组术后住院时间（5.6±1.4）d，对照组（8.6±1.5）d。实验组在术后平均首次下床活动时间、术后平均住院时间上都要短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05)。并发症发生率以及复发率低于对照组（P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜联合胆道镜的保胆术对于治疗胆囊息肉合并胆囊结石临床效果显著，且能够降低术后并发症的发生。
목적：탐토복강경연합담도경보담수술중치료담낭식육합병담낭결석중적효과。방법정군선취해원2012년1월-2013년12월접수치료적담낭식육합병담낭결석110례，안수술방안적불동분위실험조화대조조각55례，실험조채취복강경연합담도경보담수술，대조조채취전통적개복수술。결과실험조수차하상활동시간（1.3±0.9）d，대조조위（3.9±1.2）d，실험조술후주원시간（5.6±1.4）d，대조조（8.6±1.5）d。실험조재술후평균수차하상활동시간、술후평균주원시간상도요단우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05)。병발증발생솔이급복발솔저우대조조（P<0.05)。결론복강경연합담도경적보담술대우치료담낭식육합병담낭결석림상효과현저，차능구강저술후병발증적발생。
Objective To observe the effect of gallbladder preservation surgery under laparoscope combined with choledochoscope in treating gallbladder polyps complicated with gallstone. Methods 110 patients with gallbladder polyps complicated with gallstone treated in our hospital between January 2012 and December 2013 were divided into experimental group and control group accord-ing to operative methods with 55 in each one. Gallbladder preservation surgery under laparoscope combined with choledochoscope was performed in the experimental group, while traditional open operation in the control group. Results The out-of-bed activity was earlier in the experimental group and the even hospitalization time shorter in the experimental group than in the control group with statistically significant differences, respectively (1.3±0.9)d vs (3.9±1.2)d and (5.6±1.4)d vs (8.6±1.5)d, P<0.05. In addi-tion, the complication rate and recurrent rate were both lower in the experimental group than in the control group, P<0.05. Con-clusion Gallbladder preservation surgery under laparoscope combined with choledochoscope in treating gallbladder polyps compli-cated with gallstone has remarkable effect and lower complication and recurrent rate.
