目的:建立大鼠高位结肠透析方法,探析该方法对急性肾功能衰竭大鼠的治疗效果。方法健康雄性SD大鼠15只,随机分为正常组、模型组和治疗组(各5只),正常组不作任何处理,模型组和治疗组甘油诱导建立急性肾功能衰竭模型,治疗组给予高位结肠透析治疗,观察各组血肌酐、尿素氮水平变化。结果模型组和治疗组的血肌酐、尿素氮水平较正常组明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的血肌酐值(230.98±95.51)μmol/L较模型组(317.90±77.63)μmol/L明显降低(P<0.05);治疗组血尿素氮水平(35.00±11.93)mmol/L较模型组(52.53±21.5)mmol/L也有明显降低趋势,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论成功建立了大鼠高位结肠透析方法,期望为后期实验利用动物实验进行高位结肠透析的方法改进和机制研究奠定基础。

Objective To establish the high colonic dialysis and observe its efficacy in treating acute renal failure in rats. Methods 15 healthy male SD rats were randomized into normal group, model group and treatment group with 5 in each group. The normal group was untreated, while acute renal failure model were established in the model group and treatment group followed by high colonic dialysis performed in the treatment group. The changes of serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen levels were observed in all the three groups. Results The serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen levels were higher in the model group and treatment group than in the normal group, and the differences were statistically significant, P<0.05; the serum creatinine level was lower in the treatment group than in the normal group, 230.98±95.51μmol/L vs 317.90±77.63μmol/L, and the difference was statistically significant, P<0.05;the blood urea nitrogen level was lower in the treatment group than in the normal group, 35.00±11.93 mmol/L vs 52.53±21.5 mmol/L, but the difference was not statistically significant, P﹥0.05. Conclusion Preliminary establishment of high colon dialysis in rat is realized, which may lay the foundation for the future improvement of high colon dialysis upon animal exper-iment, and for the study on its mechanism.
