目的:了解不同病种血清蛋白电泳谱的变化情况及某些指标与血清蛋白电泳谱存在的相关性。方法该院采用法国SEBIA琼脂糖电泳技术测定3种具有代表性病种的120例患者标本血(40例肾病综合征,40例肝硬化患者,40例临产患者)、40例正常健康人群(对照组)标本血,测定血清蛋白电泳、血清蛋白、纤维蛋白原、β2-微球蛋白及超敏C-反应蛋白进行比对和相关性的探讨。结果实验组的3组数据较对照组在α1、α2、β球蛋白百分比分布上均有差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),且实验组中不同病种的纤维蛋白原、β2-微球蛋白及超敏C-反应蛋白较对照组增高或减低。结论经过与对照组数据的比较,α1、α2、β球蛋白、γ球蛋白百分比在不同疾病上具有不同程度的变化,且β、γ球蛋白比例增加与β、γ球蛋白中的纤维蛋白原、β2-微球蛋白、超敏C-反应蛋成分的变化存在相关性。

Objective To understand the changes of serum protein electrophoresis in different diseases, and the correlation factors of distribution of serum protein electrophoresis and Changes in patterns of different diseases. Methods Blood samples of 120 cases of patients with 3 kinds of representative diseases were determined by French SEBIA agarose electrophoresis (40 cases of nephrotic syndrome, 40 cases of cirrhosis, 40 cases of parturient patients), Blood samples (control group) of 40 cases of normal healthy peo-ple, the comparison and correlation of serum protein electrophoresis, serum protein, fibrinogen,β2-protein and C-reactive protein in serum were determined. Results In the experimental group, the data α1, α2, β globin percentage distribution of the 3 groups were significantly different from those of the control group (P<0.001), and fibrinogen, β2- microglobulin and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein of different diseases in the experimental group were increased or decreased compared with those of the control group. Conclusion By comparison with the control group data, α1, α2, β globulin, γ-globulin percentage varying in different de-grees of diseases, and there was correlation between the changes of β, γ-globulin ratio increase in the proportion, and fibrinogen in the globulin ofβ,γ-globulin fibrinogen,β2-microglobulin, C-reactive protein hypersensitivity.
