目的：讨论应用抗菌药物对呼吸内科患者进行治疗过程中出现相关性腹泻的相关临床体会。方法将该院2012年5月-2014年4月收治的100例呼吸内科相关性腹泻患者根据严重程度分为轻症组（55例）和重症组（45例），两组患者的治疗方法相同,观察两组的治疗效果。结果经过有效治疗后，轻症组患者的临床症状改善时间为（3.34±0.69）d，临床症状消失时间为（6.32±2.15） d，临床治愈率为96.88%；重症组患者的临床症状改善时间为（7.69±1.28） d，临床症状消失时间为（16.76±4.58）d，临床治愈率为62.50%。结论抗菌药物治疗呼吸内科轻症患者效果良好，能缩短患者的治疗时间，促进患者的早期康复。

목적：토론응용항균약물대호흡내과환자진행치료과정중출현상관성복사적상관림상체회。방법장해원2012년5월-2014년4월수치적100례호흡내과상관성복사환자근거엄중정도분위경증조（55례）화중증조（45례），량조환자적치료방법상동,관찰량조적치료효과。결과경과유효치료후，경증조환자적림상증상개선시간위（3.34±0.69）d，림상증상소실시간위（6.32±2.15） d，림상치유솔위96.88%；중증조환자적림상증상개선시간위（7.69±1.28） d，림상증상소실시간위（16.76±4.58）d，림상치유솔위62.50%。결론항균약물치료호흡내과경증환자효과량호，능축단환자적치료시간，촉진환자적조기강복。
Objective To discuss the clinical experience of antibacterials in the treatment of patients with associated diarrhea dur-ing the treatment in Department of Respiratory Medicine. Methods 100 cases with associated diarrhea in Department of Respira-tory Medicine admitted in our hospital from May 2012 to April 2014 were divided into the mild group (55 cases) and severe group (45 cases) in accordance with the severity of the disease. Both groups were given the same treatment. And the therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed. Results After effective treatment, in the mild group, the clinical symptoms improvement time was (3.34±0.69) d, and clinical symptoms disappearing time was (6.32±2.15) d, and the clinical cure rate was 96.88%; in the severe group, the clinical symptoms improvement time was (7.69±1.28) d, clinical symptoms disappearing time was (16.76±4.58) d and the clinical cure rate was 62.50%. Conclusion Antibacterials have good effect on mild patients in Department of Respiratory Medicine, which can shorten the treatment time and promote the early rehabilitation of patients.
