目的：探讨使用CT诊断肝癌的临床应用效果以及使用的前景。方法随机选取该院从2010年1月-2015年3月期间诊断治疗过的肝癌患者50例，对其资料进行回顾性分析。结果50例肝癌患者中，经使用CT检查后检出院巨块型肝癌患者30例，在30例巨块型肝癌患者中，肝右叶巨块型肝癌患者24例，肝左叶巨块型肝癌患者4例，尾叶巨块型肝癌患者2例；结节型肝癌25例；弥漫型肝癌5例。所有患者均未检出病灶出血、钙化的情况。增强后边缘常更清楚。结论在肝癌的影像学诊断中，螺旋CT是既简单、安全又准确的检查方法。

목적：탐토사용CT진단간암적림상응용효과이급사용적전경。방법수궤선취해원종2010년1월-2015년3월기간진단치료과적간암환자50례，대기자료진행회고성분석。결과50례간암환자중，경사용CT검사후검출원거괴형간암환자30례，재30례거괴형간암환자중，간우협거괴형간암환자24례，간좌협거괴형간암환자4례，미협거괴형간암환자2례；결절형간암25례；미만형간암5례。소유환자균미검출병조출혈、개화적정황。증강후변연상경청초。결론재간암적영상학진단중，라선CT시기간단、안전우준학적검사방법。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of CT applied to the diagnosis of liver cancer and the use prospect. Meth-ods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the data of 50 selected cases with liver cancer diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2010 to March 2015. Results By CT detection, of the 50 cases with liver cancer, 30 cases were found with massive hepatocarcinoma, including 24 cases with massive hepatocarcinoma in the right hepatic lobe, 4 cases with massive hepatocarcino-ma in the left hepatic lobe, 2 cases with massive hepatocarcinoma in the hepatic caudate lobe; 25 cases were found with nodular hepatocellular carcinoma, 5 cases with diffuse liver cancer. No lesion hemorrhage and calcification were found in all the patients. The lesion edge was often showed more clearly by the enhanced scan. Conclusion Spiral CT scan is a simple, safe and accurate method for the imaging diagnosis of liver cancer.
