提出一种五轴数控机床实时轨迹生成和控制方法,由网格曲面描述五轴机床刀具的空间轨迹,在规定的采样周期内计算和控制刀具的位置、方向及不同的运动参数,通过计算数据建立曲线模型,由逆运动学模型在规定采样时间内执行生成的命令.通过一组加工路径仿真实例,说明了提出方法的优越性和普遍性.

A real-time tool path generation and control method of five-axis CNC machine tool is proposed. The space path of five-axis CNC machine tool is described by gridding surface. The position,direction and different movement parameters of the tool are calculated and controlled within the sampling period,and the curve model was established by the calculated data. The generated order was executed by the inverse kinematics model within the specified sampling time. The superiority and universali-ty of the proposed method were verified by simulation instance to a set of tool path.
