Application of magnetic levitating bearing in centrifugal water chillers is introduced, a new type of centrifugal magnetic suspension water chiller is given out. Compared with the traditional centrifugal chiller, the characteristics of centrifugal magnetic suspension water chiller, such as no oil circuit fault, low noise, ultra high performance coefficient in partial load, energy conservation and environmental protection are showed. At last, through analyzing the operation cost of engineering examples, the good energy conservation effect of centrifugal magnetic suspension water chiller is further introduced.
