旧件拆解是产品高效回收和再制造的重要前提，是再制造过程中的关键工序[1]。为了能快速、高效、自动化拆解差速器总成，需要设计专用的拆解车床，工件夹具是车床的重要组成部分之一。本文利用价值工程相关理论对拆解夹具进行功能系统分析，确认必要功能，在现有的拆解夹具的基础上进行结构改进，补充不足功能，以更好地满足夹具在差速器拆解过程中的使用要求。

The old products' dismantling is the important prerequisite for the efficient recovery and remanufacturing, and it's the remanufacture's key process [1]. In order to quickly, efficiently and automatically dismantle the differential mechanisms, it's high time to design a special dismantling lathe. And the fixture is an important part of the lathe. According to the theories of value engineering, we analyze the dismantling device's functional system to confirm the necessary functions. And then supplying insufficient functions by improving dismantling device's structures to meet the requirements of the differential dismantling process better.
