水利工程作为建筑工程的重要分支，具有较强的专业性和技术性，为了提高经济效益和社会效益，必要以正确的方式对建设用资金进行严格的控制，这就涉及到水利工程的概预算编制，水利工程的概预算编制是设计文件的重要部分，同时概预算编制也是一项严谨细致的工作。本文结合水利工程概预算编制的相关的内容，对工程概预算重点和方法进行了探讨，以期提高水利工程的预算决算水平。

As an important branch of building project, hydraulic engineering has a strong professional and technical nature. In order to improve the economic and social benefits, it is necessary to take the proper way to strictly control the funds for construction, which involves the preparation of hydraulic engineering budget estimate. Budget estimate of hydraulic engineering is an important part of the design documents and a rigorous and meticulous work. In this paper, combined with the relevant content of preparation of hydraulic engineering budget estimate, the focal points and methods of budget estimate are discussed in order to improve the level of hydraulic engineering budget accounts.
