目的:探讨和研究彩色多普勒超声诊断仪在孕期胎儿畸形诊断中的应用价值。方法取该院自2012年5月-2014年7月门诊收治的彩超检查孕妇共1698例,回顾性分析其临床资料,并对比不同孕周之间的差异。结果共检出64例畸形胎儿,检出率为3.77%,其中孕期12~19周12例(3.6%),孕期20~27周25例(5.08%),孕期28~36周15例(3.04%),孕期37~40周12例(3.17%),没有出现漏诊的病例,孕期20~27周的畸形周检出率最高(5.08%),明显高于其他孕期组,组间对比差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);此外,64例胎儿畸形孕妇全部及时终止了妊娠,手术后的检查同产前的彩超诊断全部吻合。结论彩超作为诊断孕妇体内胎儿畸形情况的一种方式,具有准确率较高、操作相当简单以及可以重复检查无创伤等优点,可以在临床大力推广。
