目的：观察醒脑开窍、疏通经络针刺法治疗对脑梗死急性期患者局部血液循环、神经功能、日常生活能力的影响。方法将113例住院脑梗死急性期患者随机分为2组，对照组给予常规药物治疗，针刺组在此基础上给予醒脑开窍、疏通经络针刺法治疗。2组均以10 d为1个疗程，连续治疗3个疗程。检测2组治疗前后血液流变学指标以评定血液循环情况，采用神经功能缺损程度NIESS评分评定神经功能情况，改良Barthel指数（ BI）评分及日常生活能力、Fugl－Meyer（FMA）运动功能评分评估治疗效果。结果治疗3个疗程后，2组血液流变学指标、NIESS评分、BI评分、日常生活能力及FMA评分均较治疗前明显改善（ P均＜0．05），且针刺组改善情况明显优于对照组（P均＜0．05）。结论醒脑开窍、疏通经络针刺治疗可有效改善脑梗死急性期患者局部血液循环，促进患者神经功能恢复，提高患者日常生活能力及运动功能。
목적：관찰성뇌개규、소통경락침자법치료대뇌경사급성기환자국부혈액순배、신경공능、일상생활능력적영향。방법장113례주원뇌경사급성기환자수궤분위2조，대조조급여상규약물치료，침자조재차기출상급여성뇌개규、소통경락침자법치료。2조균이10 d위1개료정，련속치료3개료정。검측2조치료전후혈액류변학지표이평정혈액순배정황，채용신경공능결손정도NIESS평분평정신경공능정황，개량Barthel지수（ BI）평분급일상생활능력、Fugl－Meyer（FMA）운동공능평분평고치료효과。결과치료3개료정후，2조혈액류변학지표、NIESS평분、BI평분、일상생활능력급FMA평분균교치료전명현개선（ P균＜0．05），차침자조개선정황명현우우대조조（P균＜0．05）。결론성뇌개규、소통경락침자치료가유효개선뇌경사급성기환자국부혈액순배，촉진환자신경공능회복，제고환자일상생활능력급운동공능。
Objective It is to observe the efficiency of "Xingnao Kaiqiao, Shutong Jingluo"acupuncture therapy on the blood circulation, nerve function and activities of daily living and motor function in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods Total 113 hospitalization patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into 2 groups, the control group was treated with normal medicine, and the acupuncture group was treated with acupuncture therapy which could Xingnao Kaiqiao, Shutong Jingluo on the basis of control group's treatment.10 days as one treatment course and both groups were trea-ted for 3 course.Comparison of major indexes in blood rheology, nerve function deficit score ( NIESS score) were used to ob-serve the therapeutic efficiency of acupuncture on the situation of the blood circulation and neurological recovery status between two groups.The modified Barthel Index (BI) score, activities of daily life (ADL) and Fugl-Meyer (FMA) were carried out to assess the therapeutic efficiency and motor function of acupuncture treatment.Results After 3 courses of treatment, the ma-jor indexes of blood rheology, the scores of NIESS, FMA and BI, the activity of daily living were all improved significantly ( P<0.05), and the improvements in acupuncture group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Con-clusion The method of "Xingnao Kaiqiao, Shutong Jingluo"acupuncture therapy can effectively improve local blood circula-tion, promote the recovery of neurological function, and improve the activities of daily living and motor function in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
