目的：探讨氨氯地平联合替米沙坦治疗高血压合并蛋白尿的临床疗效。方法随机选取2014年5月-2015年5月期间，该院收治的60例高血压合并蛋白尿患者作为此次实验对象，对所选患者进行数字编号，按照数字奇偶法平均分成两组，研究组和对照组，每组30例患者。给予对照组患者仅仅采用氨氯地平药物治疗，给予研究组患者采用氨氯地平联合替米沙坦药物治疗，统计分析两组患者治疗效果和24 h蛋白尿含量。结果研究组患者显效20例，有效7例，无效3例，治疗总有效率为90.00%，对照组患者显效12例，有效8例，无效10例，治疗总有效率为66.67%，两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者蛋白尿含量比较无统计学意义。治疗后，研究组患者测定24h蛋白尿含量明显比对照组少，存在统计学意义。两组治疗过程不良反应率均为10%，差异无统计学意义。结论给予高血压合并蛋白尿患者氨氯地平联合替米沙坦药物治疗效果甚佳，比仅仅使用单一药物治疗效果明显，改善和降低患者蛋白尿水平，值得临床应用推广。
목적：탐토안록지평연합체미사탄치료고혈압합병단백뇨적림상료효。방법수궤선취2014년5월-2015년5월기간，해원수치적60례고혈압합병단백뇨환자작위차차실험대상，대소선환자진행수자편호，안조수자기우법평균분성량조，연구조화대조조，매조30례환자。급여대조조환자부부채용안록지평약물치료，급여연구조환자채용안록지평연합체미사탄약물치료，통계분석량조환자치료효과화24 h단백뇨함량。결과연구조환자현효20례，유효7례，무효3례，치료총유효솔위90.00%，대조조환자현효12례，유효8례，무효10례，치료총유효솔위66.67%，량조차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。치료전량조환자단백뇨함량비교무통계학의의。치료후，연구조환자측정24h단백뇨함량명현비대조조소，존재통계학의의。량조치료과정불량반응솔균위10%，차이무통계학의의。결론급여고혈압합병단백뇨환자안록지평연합체미사탄약물치료효과심가，비부부사용단일약물치료효과명현，개선화강저환자단백뇨수평，치득림상응용추엄。
Objective To study the amlodipine in combination with telmisartan clinical curative effect for the treatment of hyper-tension with proteinuria. Methods In May 2014 to May 2015, our hospital of 60 patients with hypertension with proteinuria as ob-jects, this experiment for selected patients with digital number, according to the average number parity method is divided into two groups, group and the control group, 30 patients in each group. Two groups of patients before treatment proteinuria content is not significant. 24 h proteinuria in patients after treatment, the team measured significantly less than control group, there is statistical significance. Two groups of treatment process adverse reaction rate were 10%, there is no statistical significance. Conclusion For patients with hypertension with proteinuria am-lodipine in combination with telmisartan's rather an effective drug treatment, than just using a single drug treatment effect is obvi-ous, improvement and lower levels of patients with proteinuria, worth clinical promotion.
