目的：白内障是世界上最主要的致盲眼病。青光眼是仅次于白内障导致失明的第二大眼病。在我国随着白内障患者日益增多，其继发的闭角型青光眼则成为一种较常见的眼病。如果不及时处理，可在短期内造成失明，导致白内障由可逆性盲转变为不可逆性盲，具有极大的危险性和危害性。为从根本上防止膨胀期白内障由可治向不可治转变。方法本文对膨胀期白内障继发闭角型青光眼相关危险因素做出全面分析，并对围手术期的诊断和治疗进行了较为详细的阐述。结果膨胀期白内障继发闭角型青光眼与多种危险因素相关，需根据不同的患者选择适当的方法进行围手术期治疗。结论膨胀期白内障经过早期诊断、早期预防及早期治疗，可有效降低继发闭角型青光眼的发生。

Objective Cataract is the uppermost blinding illness, and glaucoma is the second only to cataract which may cause blindness. With the increasing of cataract patients, the secondary angle-closure glaucoma becomes a kind of common eye disease. Glaucoma can result in blindness if not treated in a timely and appropriate manner, and it is extremely dangerous for patient that the cataract change from remediable to irremediable. The aim of this paper was to fundamentally prevent intumescent cataract from becoming untreatable. Methods This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the related risk factors of this secondary disease and expounds its perioperative diagnosis and treatment. Results Secondary angle-closure glaucoma due to intumescent cataract is associated with multiple risk factors, and its perioperative treatment should be carried out based on different patients' actual situa-tions. Conclusion Early diagnosis, early prevention and early treatment for intumescent cataract can effectively reduce the occur-rence of secondary angle-closure glaucoma.
